If you are having difficulties using one of the Jade Designs software products, you have the following options available.
Online Support
Telephone Support
All of our products come with unlimited email support during normal working hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) for the duration of your subscription. Telephone support is only available after a support ticket has been submitted. You must first open a support ticket by submitting a bug report and provide your telephone number. If the problem cannot be easily resolved over email, a support engineer will contact you by phone. |

We spend a great deal of time researching business needs, evaluating our own past experiences as well as common features included in similar products when developing our software and products. However we can only anticipate so much and we know we haven't satisfied all user needs. We are well aware some of our best ideas are sparked from user contributions and suggestions. If you feel that there is something missing in one of our products, please don't hesitate to submit a feature request at our Feature Request forum.
